Seeds of Celebration: Summer Gardening

Join us for plenty of gardening fun! We will make terrariums, DIY planters, and pocket gardents, visit nature - and garden-related locales, and learn all about plants in a safe and supportive setting.

Transitions All Year is available to students with a cognitive disability aged 14-22.
