Career Advancement Program

Empowering you to choose the career you want.

The Career Advancement Program (CAP) provides intensive vocational counseling for adults ages 19-35. This person-centered employment program encourages participants to work toward independent, self-sufficient lives. 

CAP is a tuition-based program and scholarships are available. Reach out to learn more.

  • Develop and implement job search strategies
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills in an employment and social setting
  • Increase self-awareness of resources to cope with life’s challenges
  • Increase knowledge of financial and housing options

Learning Objectives

At the end of the CAP program, you will be able to:

  • Develop and implement job search strategies

  • Case management—housing, food, clothing and transportation

  • Mental health—individual and group counseling  (with parents when appropriate)  
  • College Readiness Program (special add on)
