The Velva G. and H. Fred Levine Jewish Chaplaincy Program provides visits, support and resources for Jewish patients in a number of Houston's hospitals. Below are our current hospital partners where our Chaplain and Chaplaincy Program's volunteers serve.
The Houston Jewish Chaplaincy Program is recognized by the Texas Medical Center as the official provider of comprehensive services addressing the spiritual needs of Jewish patients. The program is funded entirely by direct donations made specifically to the pogram, and does not receive any portion of the contributions made to the hospitals by the patients or other benefactors.
