FAQ section

How can mentorship help you?

Mentorship offers a powerful way to gain clarity about your career direction while building confidence in your next steps. A mentor can help you expand your professional network, stay motivated and accountable, and prepare for your next promotion, transition, or major career milestone.

Why become a mentor?

Becoming a mentor is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life while sharing the knowledge you’ve gained throughout your career. It’s ideal for professionals who are passionate about guiding others, want to expand their own networks, and are looking to strengthen leadership and coaching skills along the way.

Who can be a mentor?

Mentors are experienced professionals with at least 10 years of industry expertise and 5 years in leadership roles. They are strong communicators who are eager to support the growth of emerging and mid-career professionals.

Commitment

Mentorship is flexible and designed to fit your schedule. Mentors commit to 1–2 hours per month over a three-month period, meeting either in person or virtually. Each pair determines their own meeting schedule, and mentors receive resources, support, and invitations to group networking sessions throughout the program.
