Pregnancy and Postpartum Mental Health Resources

Alexander Jewish Family Service provides perinatal mental health support for individuals during pregnancy and the first year after birth. Our trained providers help new parents navigate common emotional and adjustment challenges, offering care along the way with access to community and national resources.

Postpartum Support Group

This weekly support group is open to birthing parents navigating the postpartum period, from 0-12 months, offering a safe, supportive space to share experiences, ask questions, and feel less alone.  Infants and toddlers are welcome.

Session begins Tuesday, April 7

10:00 - 11:00 AM

$40 for 4 Sessions
