Front Office
The Front Office Assistant is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, donors, staff, and others who call or visit Alexander JFS. This position ensures that Alexander JFS is a warm, welcoming environment and that staff have the tools necessary to perform their duties.
Program Specialist
Career and Employment Center
Assists clients with career transitions and developing long-term career goals. This position also ensures professional programming and markets the program to potential clients, community agencies, organizations, and educational institutions.
Development Associate
Development
This position serves a critical role in fundraising, donor relationship management, customer service and donor experience through supporting systems and processes to manage a donor database of over 1,000 active donors.
Case Manager, Administrative Support Specialist
Coaching & Case Management
This position provides strength-based, on-going education, motivation, and support to help clients achieve goals related to economic self-sufficiency.
