‍Position Summary

Alexander Jewish Family Service (Alexander JFS) is seeking a full-time Psychotherapist to join our growing Behavioral & Mental Health Services team. We are currently seeking clinicians with an interest in working with children or adults, and we welcome applicants to indicate their preferred population and areas of clinical interest. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful clinical services in a supportive, mission-driven nonprofit setting while working with clients across a range of mental health needs. Our clinicians provide individual and group therapy and have opportunities to use a variety of evidence-informed and trauma-informed clinical approaches.

We are looking for clinicians who:

• Hold an active Texas LCSW license
• Have a strong interest in providing psychotherapy to children or adults or both
• Are committed to client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
• Are comfortable providing individual and/or group therapy
• Value collaboration, professional growth, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Credentialing with major insurance networks is a plus, but not required.
