• The Nathan and Sarah Klein Fund for Student Loans provides interest-free student loans. Local Jewish students with demonstrated financial need may receive assistance with educational and living expenses in college and graduate school, or trade school.  For nearly 60 years, Alexander JFS has provided local Jewish students pursuing higher education with these no-interest loans. Alexander JFS is privileged to offer these funds in partnership with the Hebrew Free Loan Association and the Houston Jewish Community Foundation.

• The Lloyd and Morissa Parkans Scholarship Fund was established in 2012 in partnership with the Houston Jewish Community Foundation to provide resources to enable Jewish undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need to realize their potential through academic achievement, leadership, community involvement and admirable personal attributes.

• The Edith and Robert Zinn Scholarship was established in 2023 to provide resources to enable aJewish undergraduate student with demonstrated financial need to realize their potential through academic achievement, leadership, community involvement and admirable personal attributes.

• ‍The Aileen and Mark Weycer Scholarship provides resources to enable a Jewish undergraduate student with demonstrated financial need to realize their potential through academic achievement, leadership, community involvement and admirable personal attributes.

• ‍The Hayley and Jared Sperling Scholarship provides resources to enable  Jewish undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need to realize their potential through academic achievement, leadership, community involvement and admirable personal attributes.
