Who is the Career Compass program designed for?

Career Compass is a personalized career coaching program designed for adults age 60+ who want to navigate their current and future career choices with strategy and clarity.  The program blends self-assessment, continuing education, and practical tips that empower older adults to stay competitive in today’s job market.

How will this program support my job search or career advancement?

Career Compass provides hands-on training and guidance to help you search and apply for jobs online, build a professional digital presence, and use technology confidently in the workplace

Participants learn essential digital skills, starting with foundational skills like using smartphones, tablets, and computers. From there, they learn to navigate the internet safely, search and apply for jobs, use workplace technologies, communicate through email and messaging, and join video calls.

What skills will participants gain through this program?

We are now a provider of Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP.  Designed to help adults age 60+ build confidence and independence in using modern technology, the program focuses on practical, everyday digital skills that enhance quality of life, connection, and access to essential services.
