Alexander Jewish Family Service provides comprehensive workplace wellness services designed to support employee well-being, mental health, and organizational success. Our experienced team customizes programs to align with your organization’s unique needs, goals, and culture to helpi teams thrive both personally and professionally.
This training equips adults to recognize warning signs that may indicate elevated suicide risk in youth and adults. Participants learn how to ask directly about suicide and respond with confidence and care. The training length varies based on the modules selected.
Burnout can stem from ongoing stress as well as vicarious and secondary trauma from supporting others. These experiences can lead to frustration, anger, loneliness, and anxiety. This workshop will explore ways to care for yourself, build coping skills, and stay resilient.
CALM provides practical strategies to increase time and distance between a person at risk of suicide and lethal means. Participants gain practical tools to reduce access during a crisis. The session also introduces the public health approach to suicide prevention.
Designed to build emotional strength and coping skills, this interactive workshop covers common mental health challenges, supportive language, and grounding techniques. Participants also receive guidance on accessing local and national resources.
This training provides a structured approach to helping individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts to create a personalized safety plan. Participants learn how to guide someone in identifying coping strategies, supportive contacts, and steps to stay safe. The intervention is brief, practical, and rooted in empowering the individual.
This training will guide the group in identifying strengths, engaging in problem‑solving skills, and fostering trust. Together, we will establish a strong foundation for a more unified, resilient, and highly motivated team.
This workshop helps participants recognize signs that someone may be experiencing a mental health challenge. We’ll discuss how connection, hope, and compassion support healing. You’ll learn practical ways to help others while also strengthening your own well‑being.
