Join us to learn how you can make a difference as a Career Catalyst Mentor with the Alexander JFS Career & Employment Center.

At this information session, you’ll learn how sharing your time, experience, and leadership can help others advance their careers—while also growing your own skills and professional network. We’ll walk through what it means to be a mentor, who is a great fit, and how the program works.

You’ll hear about:

• The impact mentors have on someone’s career and confidence
• Who can become a mentor (experience, leadership, and communication skills)
• Priority industries including finance, healthcare, education, engineering, nonprofit, technology, and more
• The commitment: just 1–2 hours per month for three months, with flexible scheduling
• Support, resources, and group networking opportunities provided throughout the program

Whether you’re passionate about guiding others, building leadership skills, or giving back in a meaningful way, this session will show you how easy and rewarding it is to get involved. Come learn how you can help someone take their next step—while you grow right alongside them.
