Therapy and Support Groups

Our therapy and support groups offer an opportunity to share your thoughts with others and learn important coping skills.

Alexander Jewish Family Service’s structured support groups focus on providing knowledge and tools to improve your coping skills and ability to self-care. A professional facilitates as you share your thoughts with peers who have a common purpose and are likely to understand one another. Our list of therapy or support groups change as the needs in the community change, so be sure to check the schedule below for the most current groups offered.

We also provide therapy for families, couples, and individuals from age 3 and up. Commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are accepted; financial assistance may be available.

Alexander JFS welcomes all racial, ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds and is a safe place for all gender expressions and sexual orientations.
