Jewish Fertility Foundation Comes to Houston

Big news for Houston families! The Jewish Fertility Foundation (JFF) is expanding to Houston, bringing additional resources to individuals and couples navigating fertility and family-building journeys. JFF provides financial assistance, educational resources and emotional support, helping make fertility care more accessible while creating a supportive community for those going through the process. We are excited to collaborate with JFF as they launch their Houston programming.

Infertility Women’s Support Group

This free support group is open to women throughout the Houston area who are navigating infertility. Registration is required.

Alexander JFS Prenatal & Postpartum Mental Health Support

Alexander JFS also provides specialized mental health support for individuals and families during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Anna Ashburn, LCSW, PMH-C, is a Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider with Alexander JFS Behavioral & Mental Health Services. She provides compassionate, professional support for individuals experiencing the emotional and mental health challenges that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum and the transition to parenthood.
