Carolyn Mintz Kaplan has been selected as the recipient of the Lay Leadership Award, and Dr. Ada Cheung received the Professional Leadership Award—the highest level of professional recognition granted at the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies (NJHSA) Conference in April.
