In a world full of technology and screens, in-person connection is more important than ever – especially for children. Through developing social skills, children can build the foundation to communicate effectively, form relationships, grow confidence and self-esteem and treat others with kindness and respect.
As children grow up, the foundational social skills they learn in childhood can contribute to their personal well-being, professional lives, resilience and happiness. The same skills also can contribute to their ability to resolve conflict and feel connected to their communities.
