Three opportunities to experience and deepen your relationship with Alexander JFS.

Tours are available six days a week, Sunday – Friday.

Tour Celebration Company, in person or virtually, with Alexander JFS leadership. (Allow 1 hour)
Impact Tours-- learn more from various staff members about the specific service area which matches your passion in philanthropy. (Allow 1 hour)
Join our CEO for a private discussion in her office about your family’s philanthropic priorities. After the discussion, the family will be invited to tour the Center for Art and Photography at Celebration Company. (Allow 1 hour)
Family Activity-- select any of the above and add a 1 hour activity of your choice.

Family Activities

Compile client necessity bags

Certain basic products are always needed by senior or family clients who are on a limited budget. Your family will receive a list of items to purchase and bring to the agency to assemble bags for our case managers to deliver.

Adopt a Holiday

Families are invited to create themed bags for Alexander JFS clients who would otherwise go without. Bags will include food items (with direction from the agency for dietary and kosher restrictions) and activities related to the holiday.

Hurricane kits

Families are invited to purchase emergency supplies and compile hurricane kits for Alexander JFS case managers to deliver to clients.

Greeting Cards

Families create hand-written messages and cards to lift the spirits of isolated clients throughout the year.

Shabbat boxes

As part of the Velva G. and H. Fred Levine Jewish Chaplaincy Program, your family is invited to decorate Shabbat boxes with colorful and positive greetings, which are filled with Shabbat treats and delivered to hospital patients by trained volunteers.

Celebration Company Candles

Celebration Company sells over 80,000 handmade candles each year to benefit the program. Families are invited to help with production, rolling beeswax into beautiful candles.
