The Gloria Ribnick Marketing Internship

Gloria came to work at Alexander Jewish Family Service in February of 1998. Sol Brownstein, the CEO at the time, described the task to Gloria as "make sure Alexander JFS is no longer the best kept secret in town". For nearly 25 years this was her mission, and she was personally and professionally satisfied that she achieved it.

Gloria adored her role at Alexander JFS and her beloved "Mishpacha", the newsletter that served for many years as the primary form of news to our donors. She was an integral part of the development team, responsible for the success of many events, campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Everyone around Gloria treasured her: for her wit, wisdom, knowledge and grit. Even though she was 95 years old, her colleagues and all her know her are bereft at this loss.
