The E³ Endowment Fund Initiative supports the long-term sustainability of career and employment development services through the Alexander JFS Career & Employment Center. Through its distribution, those seeking economic independence will have access to life-changing career services including job assessment and coaching, skills certification courses, resume building, interview training, career coaching, scholarships and more.

One of the core missions of Alexander JFS is to prevent homelessness, stabilize safe living situations and to create pathways out of poverty so that individuals gain financial independence through productive employment.
