You’ve probably heard the saying, “You are what you eat,” at some point in time. If you eat a slice of pizza, of course, you won’t turn into one. The expression is said to discourage people from engaging in unhealthy eating habits and to remind us that whatever we put into our bodies will affect our bodies in some way.

No discouragement here – only encouragement to increase the amount of healthy, whole foods into your diet and eliminate or significantly reduce foods that are not healthy, thus improving your level of health.
