Milestones, birthdays, anniversaries and important dates often are marked on the calendar as a reminder or call to action. Season’s end yields opportunities for meaningful transitions and the possibility of many new adventures, both inside and out.
The Jewish month of Elul segues summer’s glee into the falling leaves of autumn’s arrival. As the final month on the Jewish calendar, Elul traditionally is a time of introspection leading to the High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah, the birthday of the world.
