This continuing education event teaches the Parent-Directed Interaction skills in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. Participants will learn skills for coaching parents to develop an empowered authoritative parenting style and set limits effectively. Participants will practice integration of Play Therapy knowledge into PCIT coaching strategies to achieve child treatment goals. Training will be live and in-person only. Completion of a Post-Test and Evaluation are required for participants to earn APT Approved Play Therapy CE hours. Download full course details.
